 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act, appoints Michelle d’Auray of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Public Works and Government Services, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($242,900 - $285,700), effective November 12, 2012.

 Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Michelle d’Auray, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (242 900 $ - 285 700 $), à compter du 12 novembre 2012.
