   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, hereby:

 (a)  pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Farm Credit Canada Act, reappoints Greg Stewart of Regina, Saskatchewan, as President of Farm Credit Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of eighteen months; and

 (b)  pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995, fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($290,700 - $341,900);

effective January 1, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a)  en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur Financement agricole Canada, nomme de nouveau Greg Stewart, de Regina (Saskatchewan), président de Financement agricole Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de dix-huit mois;

 b)  en vertu du paragraphe 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d'État, fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l'échelle (290 700 $ - 341 900 $);

à compter du 1^er janvier 2013.
