   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(c) and sections 6 and 8 of the Standards Council of Canada Act, re-appoints Richard A. Raymond of Portland, Ontario, as a member of the Standards Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
