    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Industry of Prashant Shanker Pathak of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

    Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement, par le ministre de l’Industrie, du mandat de Prashant Shanker Pathak, de Toronto (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de quatre ans.
