     His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 36 of the Broadcasting Act, re-appoints Hubert Lacroix of Westmount, Quebec, as President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the CEO 7 range ($363,800 - $428,000), effective January 1, 2013.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 36 de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Hubert Lacroix, de Westmount (Québec), au poste de président-directeur général de la Société Radio-Canada, à titre inamovible, pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 7 (363 800 $ - 428 000 $), à compter du 1^er janvier 2013.
