   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Brian Gregory Ritchie of Shediac Cape, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Martin Karlsen.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Brian Gregory Ritchie, de Shediac Cape (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre de l'Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Martin Karlsen.
