   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 10 and 12 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Peter Cardon Wallis of Calgary, Alberta, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of M.H. (Mike) Shaikh.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des articles 10 et 12 de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Peter Cardon Wallis, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de M.H. (Mike) Shaikh.
