   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Finance of Ted Howell of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador as a director of the Canada Development Investment Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term ending February 18, 2016.
