   Whereas paragraph 82(3)(a) of the Canada Pension Plan provides that the Governor in Council shall appoint a panel of between one hundred and three hundred and sixty persons resident in Canada, of whom at least twenty-five per cent are members of the bar of a province;

   And whereas paragraph 82(3)(c) of the Canada Pension Plan provides that there are members of the panel from every region of Canada;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to section 82 of the Canada Pension Plan, re-appoints Steven Peter Lucas Howarth of Hamilton, Ontario, as a member of the Review Tribunal for the region of Kitchener for a term of two years, effective October 30, 2012.

   Attendu que l’alinéa 82(3)a) du Régime de pensions du Canada prévoit que le gouverneur en conseil nomme de cent à trois cent soixante personnes qui, résidant au Canada, feront partie d'une liste dont au moins vingt-cinq pour cent doivent appartenir à un barreau provincial;

   Attendu que l’alinéa 82(3)c) du Régime de pensions du Canada prévoit qu’il y a, dans cette liste, des représentants de chacune des régions du Canada,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu de l’article 82 du Régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Steven Peter Lucas Howarth, d’Hamilton (Ontario), membre du tribunal de révision pour la région de Kitchener pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 30 octobre 2012.
