   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, reappoints Robert Joshua Cooling of Moncton, New Brunswick, as Chairperson of the Board of Referees for the New Brunswick Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Moncton, for a term of three years.
