His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Bulgaria; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Lisa Raitt, Minister of Labour, or Alice Wong, Minister of State (Seniors), or Ian Shugart, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Philippe Beaulne, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Romania, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Bulgaria.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République de Bulgarie;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Diane Finley, ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Lisa Raitt, ministre du Travail, ou Alice Wong, ministre d’État (Aînés), ou Ian Shugart, sous-ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Philippe Beaulne, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la Roumanie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République de Bulgarie.
