   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, reappoints William R. James of Ottawa, Ontario, as Superintendent of Bankruptcy, on an interim basis, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months, or until such time as a new Superintendent of Bankruptcy is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($171,100 - $201,200), effective September 30, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau, sur une base intérimaire, William R. James, d’Ottawa (Ontario), surintendant des faillites, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de six mois, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau surintendant des faillites soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités à se présenter, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (171 100 $ - 201 200 $), à compter du 30 septembre 2012.
