   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsections 3(3) and 7(1) of the National Capital Act, appoints Jean-François Trépanier of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Chief Executive Officer of the National Capital Commission, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure until such time as a new Chief Executive Officer of the National Capital Commission is appointed, and fixes his salary and other employment conditons as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GRP 5 ($172,900 - $203,400).

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des paragraphes 3(3) et 7(1) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jean-François Trépanier, de Gatineau (Québec), premier dirigeant de la Commission de la capitale nationale par intérim, à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau premier dirigeant de la Commission de la capitale nationale soit nommé, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GRP 5 (172 900 $ - 203 400 $).
