 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 753‍(2) of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes September 30, 2012 as the day on which subsection 713‍(2) and sections 721 to 723, 726 and 741 to 751 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 753‍(2) de la Loi sur l’emploi, la croissance et la prospérité durable, chapitre 19 des L ois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 30 septembre 2012 la date d’entrée en vigueur du paragraphe 713‍(2) et des articles 721 à 723, 726 et 741 à 751 de cette loi.
