    His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Act, appoints Peter Boehm of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($188,600 - $221,800), effective November 26, 2012.

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Peter Boehm, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Affaires étrangères, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (188 600 $ - 221 800 $), à compter du 26 novembre 2012.
