His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Upper Similkameen Indian Band Cut-Off Claim Settlement Agreement dated for reference March 7, 2001, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Upper Similkameen Indian Band as Iltcoola Indian Reserve No. 7 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 17.4 hectares (43 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Upper Similkameen Indian Band Cut-Off Claim Settlement Agreement, daté pour référence du 7 mars 2001, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne Upper Similkameen, pour constituer la réserve indienne Iltcoola n^o 7, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 17,4 hectares (43 acres).
