His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 99(2) of the Financial Administration Act, authorizes Parc Downsview Park Inc. to grant an easement to Toronto Hydro, for a term of ninety-nine years, for the installation, operation and maintenance of an electrical transformer located on real property held by Parc Downsview Park Inc. known as Part of Lot 13, Concession 3 (West of Yonge Street), Township of York, now in the City of Toronto, being Parts 1 and 2 on 66R-26166.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 99(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise Parc Downsview Park Inc. à accorder une servitude, d’une durée de quatre-vingt-dix-neuf ans, située sur un bien immeuble qu’elle détient — désigné comme partie du lot 13 de la concession 3 (à l’ouest de la rue Yonge), canton de York, maintenant dans la ville de Toronto, étant les parties 1 et 2 du plan 66R-26166 — à Toronto Hydro pour l’installation, l’exploitation et l’entretien d’un transformateur électrique.
