His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 23(2.1) of the Financial Administration Act, remits to persons referred to in the Temporary Public Policy Concerning Victims of Sexual Violence in Haiti, dated April 29, 2012, who are granted permanent resident status under subsection 25.2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the fees paid or payable under subsection 303(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise aux personnes visées par la Politique d’intérêt public temporaire concernant les victimes de violence sexuelle en Haïti, datée du 29 avril 2012, qui se sont vu octroyer le statut de résident permanent en vertu du paragraphe 25.2(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, des frais payés ou à payer en application du paragraphe 303(1) du Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés.
