   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1a (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of the Appropriation Act No. 3, 2012-13, appoints Mackenzie Clugston

as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Japan.
