                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby appoints Gaétan Caron of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of the National Energy Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years, and fixes his employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, effective June 9, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gaétan Caron, de Calgary (Alberta), membre de l’Office national de l’énergie, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de sept ans, et fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 9 juin 2003.
