His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated September 14, 1995, sets apart for the joint use and benefit of the Carry the Kettle Band, Cote Band, Cowessess Band, Day Star Band, Fishing Lake Band, Gamblers Band, Gordon Band, Kahkewistahaw Band, Kawacatoose Band, Keeseekoose Band, Key Band, Kinistin Band, Little Black Bear Band, Muscowpetung Band, Muskowekwan Band, Nekaneet Band, Ocean Man Band, Ochapowace Band, Okanese Band, Pasqua Band, Peepeekisis Band, Pheasant Rump Band, Piapot Band, Pine Creek Band, Rolling River Band, Sakimay Band, Sapotaweyak Band, Star Blanket Band, Tootinawazeebeeng Band, Waywayseecappo Band, White Bear Band, Wuskwi Sipihk Band and Yellow Quill Band as an addition to Treaty Four Reserve Grounds No. 77, in Saskatchewan, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.800 hectares (1.98 acres), excluding mines and minerals.
