His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of Okanagan, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act as an addition to Duck Lake Indian Reserve No. 7 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.0324 hectares (0.08 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de Okanagan, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Duck Lake n° 7, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 0,0324 hectare (0,08 acre).
