His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Tahltan Indian Band as Tatl’ah Indian Reserve No. 13 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 38.61 hectares (95.41 acres) of land.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne Tahltan, pour constituer la réserve indienne Tatl’ah n^o 13, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 38,61 hectares (95,41 acres) de terre.
