His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant three renewal options of five years each, commencing on April 1, 2015, on April 1, 2020 and on April 1, 2025, to the existing five-year lease with Bridgehead (2000) Inc., for the operation of a coffee shop located on a portion of the ground floor at 96 – 100 Sparks Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale et aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de trois options de renouvellement de cinq ans chacune, commençant respectivement le 1^er avril 2015, le 1^er avril 2020 et le 1^er avril 2025, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec Bridgehead (2000) Inc. pour l’exploitation d’un café occupant une partie du rez-de-chausée du 96 – 100, rue Sparks à Ottawa, dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
