His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant the option to extend for five years, commencing on April 1, 2016, the existing five-year lease with 7772092 Canada Inc. for the operation of a take-out restaurant located on a portion of the ground floor at 96 - 100 Sparks Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale et aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de l’option de prolongation pour une période de cinq ans, commençant le 1^er avril 2016, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec la société 7772092 Canada Inc. pour l’exploitation d’un restaurant de mets à emporter occupant une partie du rez-de-chaussée du 96 - 100, rue Sparks à Ottawa, dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
