His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant the option to extend for five years, commencing on January 1, 2016, the existing five-year lease with the Mental Health Commission of Canada to occupy office spaces in units 501 and 600 on the premises located at 96 - 100 Sparks Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale et aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, de l’option de prolongation pour une période de cinq ans, commençant le 1^er janvier 2016, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec la Commission de la santé mentale du Canada concernant les locaux à bureaux 501 et 600 situés au 96 - 100, rue Sparks à Ottawa, dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
