   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 1(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 3, 2012-13, appoints:

 the Honourable Lawrence Cannon, P.C., as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Principality of Monaco, with residence in Paris; and

 Christopher Cooter as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé and Principe, with residence in Abuja.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 1a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 3 pour 2012-2013, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme :

 l’honorable Lawrence Cannon, c.p., en qualité d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la principauté de Monaco, avec résidence à Paris;

 Christopher Cooter en qualité d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République démocratique de Sao Tomé-et-Principe, avec résidence en Abuja.
