   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Melvin M. Hawkrigg of Waterdown, Ontario, as a director of the Hamilton Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending on June 17, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Melvin M. Hawkrigg, de Waterdown (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Hamilton, pour une période se terminant le 17 juin 2015.
