His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Anne Marie Smart of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($188,600 - $221,800), effective July 16, 2012.
