  His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and

Northern Development and the Minister of Transport, pursuant

to section 47 of the Yukon Act, transfers to the Commissioner of Yukon,

in perpetuity, the administration and control of the public real property described in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et

du Nord canadien et du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil transfère au commissaire du Yukon, à perpétuité, la gestion et la maîtrise des biens réels domaniaux décrits à l’annexe ci-jointe.
