   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Department of Justice Act, appoints Lori Sterling of Toronto, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Justice, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($216,900 - $254,100), effective July 30, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(3) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Justice, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Lori Sterling, de Toronto (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre déléguée de la Justice, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (216 900 $ - 254 100 $), à compter du 30 juillet 2012.
