   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsection 5(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act, appoints Donald G. McFetridge of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of seven years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Donald G. McFetridge, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence à titre inamovible pour un mandat de sept ans.
