   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2012-13, reappoints Rex D.K. Seymour as Honorary Consul of Canada at San Juan, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, United States of America, for a period of three years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Rex D.K. Seymour, giving the other sixty days’ written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2012-2013, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Rex D.K. Seymour au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à San Juan, Commonwealth de Porto Rico (États-Unis d’Amérique), pour une période de trois ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l'échelle (18 000 $ - 27 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Rex D.K. Seymour peuvent mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l'autre partie.
