His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6.1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the portion of the 2012-2016 corporate plan of Ridley Terminals Inc. relating to the period commencing on January 1, 2012 and ending on December 31, 2014, subject to the condition set out in the attached schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve, sous réserve de la condition figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, la portion du plan d’entreprise de 2012-2016 de Ridley Terminals Inc. relative à la période commençant le 1^er janvier 2012 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2014.
