His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, approves that the Minister of Transport enter into a contribution agreement with the province of Ontario for the Windsor-Essex Parkway project to construct a six-lane highway that will extend Highway 401 to the proposed Detroit River International Crossing.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, d’un accord de contribution avec l’Ontario pour le projet de la promenade Windsor-Essex en vue de la construction d’une autoroute à six voies qui reliera l’autoroute 401 au passage international proposé de la rivière Detroit.
