                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Post Corporation, pursuant to section 33 of the Canada Post Corporation Act, hereby appoints Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Canada Post Corporation to hold office for the year ending December 31, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne des postes, et en vertu de l’article 33 de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Deloitte & Touche, comptables agréés, vérificateur de la Société canadienne des postes pour l'année se terminant le 31 décembre 2003.
