His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 71 of An Act to amend the Canadian Forces Superannuation Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, chapter 26 of the Statutes of Canada, 2003, fixes September 1, 2012 as the day on which sections 46 and 47 and subsections 57(1) and 62(1) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu de l’article 71 de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur la pension de retraite des Forces canadiennes et d’autres lois en conséquence, chapitre 26 des Lois du Canada (2003), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er septembre 2012 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 46 et 47 et des paragraphes 57(1) et 62(1) de cette loi.
