   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 4(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l'honorable Donald J. Rennie, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence, à titre de président du Tribunal de la concurrence, pour un mandat commençant le 10 juin 2012 et se terminant le 2 mai 2017.

   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the Competition Tribunal Act, designates the Honourable Donald J. Rennie of Ottawa, Ontario, a member of the Competition Tribunal, to be Chairman of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term commencing on June 10, 2012 and ending on May 2, 2017.
