                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-10, hereby appoints Paul-André Massé of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, to be Special Advisor to the Chairperson of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending February 29, 2004, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($112,600 - $132,500), effective June 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2003-10 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Paul-André Massé, de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec), au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du président du Comité des griefs des Forces canadiennes, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 29 février 2004, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d'emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (112 600 $ - 132 500 $), à compter du 2 juin 2003.
