   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of C. Scott M. Shepherd of Vancouver, British Columbia, as a director of the Board of Directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years.

Scott M. Shepherd, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans.
