   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Sylvia Roy of Orleans, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Ottawa Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour until March 15, 2013, effective September 17, 2012.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Sylvia Roy, d’Orléans (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional d’Ottawa), à titre inamovible, jusqu’au 15 mars 2013, à compter du 17 septembre 2012.
