   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints, effective June 7, 2012, Harriet Wolman of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour until March 31, 2013 or until the day prior to the coming into force of the Balanced Refugee Reform Act, whichever is earlier.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle, à compter du 7 juin 2012, le mandat de Harriet Wolman, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible, jusqu’au 31 mars 2013 ou jusqu’au jour précédant l’entrée en vigueur de la Loi sur des mesures de réforme équitables concernant les réfugiés, selon la première de ces éventualités.
