Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Rosalie McGrath, de la ville de St. John’s dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d'office de la Cour d'appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Rosalie McGrath, of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
