His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 35(1) of the Northwest Territories Act, appoints the following persons, each of whom is or has been a judge of a superior, district or county court of a province, to be deputy judges of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories, who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years:

(a) the Honourable Jeffrey J. Oliphant; and

(b) the Honourable M. David Gates.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 35(1) de la Loi sur les Territoires du Nord-Ouest, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme les personnes ci-après, chacune étant ou ayant été juge d’une cour supérieure, de district ou de comté d’une province, juges adjoints de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent l’âge de soixante-quinze ans :

a) l’honorable Jeffrey J. Oliphant;

b) l’honorable M. David Gates.
