His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 225 of the Financial System Review Act, chapter 5 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, hereby fixes May 24, 2012 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than sections 3, 9 to 11, 46, 54, 56 to 59, 77, 105, 123, 129, 154, 163, 191, 192 and 207, subsection 217(2) and sections 222 to 224.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 225 de la Loi sur la révision du système financier, chapitre 5 des Lois du Canada (2012), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 24 mai 2012 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception des articles 3, 9 à 11, 46, 54, 56 à 59, 77, 105, 123, 129, 154, 163, 191, 192 et 207, du paragraphe 217(2) et des articles 222 à 224.
