   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 4(1) of the National Energy Board Act, appoints Alison Scott of St. Margaret’s Bay, Nova Scotia, to be a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term of three years, on a part-time basis.
