Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l'alinéa 3(2)a) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Donald J. Rennie, d’Ottawa (Ontario), juge de la Cour fédérale, membre du Tribunal de la concurrence pour un mandat de cinq ans.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(a) of the Competition Tribunal Act, appoints the Honourable Donald J. Rennie of Ottawa, Ontario, a Judge of the Federal Court, a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term of five years.
