   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Luc Arvisais of Shawinigan, Quebec, to be a director of the Trois-Rivières Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending May 2, 2015.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Luc Arvisais, de Shawinigan (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Trois-Rivières, pour un mandat se terminant le 2 mai 2015.
