   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and on the advice of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, who is the Minister responsible for fish and marine mammals, pursuant to section 8 of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement Act and subparagraph 5.2.1(b)(iii) and section 5.2.4 of the Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada as amended, appoints Winston Fillatre of St. George’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, sur l’avis du ministre des Pêches et des Océans, qui est le ministre responsable des ressources halieutiques et des mammifères marins, et en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi concernant l’Accord sur les revendications territoriales du Nunavut et du sous-alinéa 5.2.1b)(iii) et de l’article 5.2.4 de l’Accord entre les Inuits de la région du Nunavut et Sa Majesté la Reine du chef du Canada, dans sa version modifiée, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Winston Fillatre, de St. George’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), membre du Conseil de gestion des ressources fauniques du Nunavut à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
