   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, with the concurrence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

 (a)  pursuant to Article IV, paragraph 1 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries, appoints France Pégeot of Ottawa, Ontario, as a Canadian representative to the General Council of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization to hold office during pleasure; and

 (b)  pursuant to Article XIII, paragraph 2 of the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries, appoints France Pégeot of Ottawa, Ontario, as a Canadian representative to the Fisheries Commission of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization to hold office during pleasure;

in the place of David Balfour.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et avec l’assentiment du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a)  en vertu du paragraphe 1 de l’article IV de la Convention sur la future coopération multilatérale dans les pêches de l’Atlantique nord-ouest, nomme France Pégeot, d’Ottawa (Ontario), représentante canadienne au Conseil général de l’Organisation des pêches de l’Atlantique nord-ouest, à titre amovible;

 b)  en vertu du paragraphe 2 de l’article XIII de la Convention sur la future coopération multilatérale dans les pêches de l’Atlantique nord-ouest, nomme France Pégeot, d’Ottawa (Ontario), représentante canadienne à la Commission des pêches de l’Organisation des pêches de l’Atlantique nord-ouest, à titre amovible;

en remplacement de David Balfour.
